Innovative Workforce Recruiting Event

3v3 Hoops leverage super exciting basketball and NBA celebrity power to connect employers to the workforce and individuals to job training.

Register A Business Team

When: Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM.


Where: The RPAC located on the OSU campus.


Workforce Connection Plan: The tournament is organized by divisions to provide competitive play. Each
division represents a specific segment of the labor market:

  • Middle School: Create pipeline to employment for the future workforce and provide career counseling.

  • High School: Opportunities for summer jobs, school-to-work employment, certifications and summer programs.

  • College: Opportunities for internships, campus hiring and early-career hiring.

  • Business & Community: Employees increasingly value opportunities that blend fun, service, and meaning, and those who participate take pride in representing their company in a positive community setting.


Vendor Space: Employers will have their own zone and job training/summer programs will be together in close
proximity to the employment zone.

 

The investment to participate is minimal:

 

  • Employer Investment: Recruiting station including table, chairs and electricity ($900). Register your 3v3

     team at no additional cost.
