• Up to 48 teams will be accepted to play in the tournament.

• Teams will be placed in the appropriate divisions, determined by registration forms and interviews when needed.

• Every team is guaranteed a minimum of two games.

• No shot clock.

• Scoring of two points for shots inside the arc and three points for shots beyond the arc.

• After a made basket, the ball is taken to the arc for a "check" with the defense before the next possession begins.

• One referee and one timekeeper for each game.

• Teams can have four players, three on the court and one substitute. Teams can start with two or three players.

• The clock stops during all dead ball situations.

• Teams can only sub on a dead ball or timeouts.

• Two timeouts per team, per game.

• Each player gets six personal fouls after which the player is ejected.

Elam Rule Decides Winner

At the four-minute mark of the game, first team to reach the set target score (current leader’s score plus six points) wins the game.

Example:

At the four-minute mark the score is 10 to 8. Set target score is 16 (10 + 6 = 16). First team to score 16 points wins.
