WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

CFC Academy: Workforce development program that includes 40 hours of classroom training and 60 hours of hands-on learning. Students ages 16 to 24 learn transferable soft skills/hard skills before practicing the skills to manage major events, sports marketing and hospitality.

ECONOMIC
EMPOWERMENT

Rebuild Wall Street: Economic mobility initiative that organizes underserved entrepreneurs/business owners into cohorts to work, invest and assemble together. The purpose is to build a collaboration between cohorts and finance experts that will result in appropriating a $50 million investment fund to grow emerging businesses, seed new businesses, subsidize homeownership and capital for business owners to own their locations.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

Classic For Columbus (CFC) is helping drive an initiative to decrease $2.1 Billion Franklin County businesses are losing annually due to employees struggling with “Substance Use Disorders.” CFC is leveraging its events and partnership with sponsors to address this crisis. Employers that participate in CFC events are connected to Champions Substance Recovery Systems (leader in the treatment of this disorder) and granted free consultations.


CSRC gets results by delivering individualized treatment services, including:

 

  • Earlier Disease Identification

  • Individualized Treatment Plans

  • Affordable Quality Care

  • Client/Provider Accountability

  • Long-term 1 to 1 peer support.
